- We try to ship items ordered within 24 hours., but due to shipping delays items may take longer than anticipated.

- If any item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately either by email: wendy@wendyhazen.com or by phone: 866.227.8170. Please save all the packaging as the shipping company likes to determine if the fault is with the packaging or the delivery methods.
